2017 Program Timeline
August - November 2016
Program promotion and awareness campaign.
November 18, 2016
Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will then receive an invoice within 15 days unless payment is made by credit card at registration. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Registered companies choosing to withdraw from the process (by contacting a Best Companies Group representative) may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee.
November 30, 2016

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is emailed to the primary contact at each company to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is December 2nd (online option only).

Deadline to submit all employee survey customization requests (optional).

Deadline to submit alternate language requests (if applicable). 

Deadline to request surveying additional employees (beyond the random sample or outside of Indiana).

December 2, 2016
Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without email addresses (online option only).

Deadline to submit the Employee Eligibility Checklist (paper option only).

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be emailed to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

 December 9, 2016

Paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are mailed UPS to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

December 16, 2016

Completed Employer Questionnaires are due.

January 6, 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey invitations are sent via email (online option only).

January 11, 2017

Deadline for paper version of the employee survey (paper option only).

January 20, 2017

Deadline for all online employee surveys (online option only).

February 2017

Notification letters are prepared and issued to the participants.

March/April 2017

The BCG Employee Feedback Reports are emailed to participating companies. Only the Demographic and Comments Reports are sent at this time.

May 2017

Publication and event date for “Best Places to Work in Indiana.”


June 2017

The BCG Employee Benchmark Report and BCG Employer Benchmark Summary are emailed to participating companies after this date.
